Guarantee of Service:
Your car is on time or your trip is
FREE! For Residential and Office Pickup:
your car is 'on site' 10 minutes prior to the scheduled time, or we
have notified you of a delay, or your ride is FREE. For Airport
Pickups: your car is there within 20 minutes of your flight's arrival
time, or we have provided alternative transportation, or we will send
you a voucher for a free trip.
*If you can't find your car or
Chauffeur, you must call 1-800-363-6966 to receive the free trip and
avoid a no show billing.
Depending on safety factors, inclement
weather will be due cause to suspend service and void the Guarantee of
Service.
Reservations
We accept reservations by phone
7 AM to 10 PM, Monday-Thursday
7 AM to 7 PM, Friday
10 AM to 7 PM, Saturday
10 AM to 10 PM, Sunday
If you need assistance locating your Chauffeur, outside of Office Hours, the
answering machine will have the number of the On Call Supervisor.
Airport
Pickup
At Airports, all clients will be met at
the Baggage Claim Carousel of their arriving flight, unless otherwise
specified when the order is placed.
Garage Meet/3rd
Level: If you have no baggage or carry-on, you may order a
Garage Meet Pickup. Just exit the concourse and walk straight out the
Ticketing Level, across the Skybridge to the Garage and go down one
floor to Level 3. Your Chauffeur will be waiting in front of the Ground
Transportation Booth.

Garage Meet
Gate Service:
To be met by your Chauffeur at the arrival gate of the
incoming flight. Due to current security restrictions, Gate
Service is not available, but will resume as soon as allowed.
Wait Time
We allow a 10 minute grace period, Wait Time charges will begin accruing 10 minutes after the
pickup time for Residential and Office Pickup. Wait Time is charged at $10 per 10 minute increment.

Additional Stops
Stops of 10 minutes or less, if 'In Line'
from the pickup point, are charged at $10 each. Stops not 'In Line' will
be charged additional Zone Rates. Stops MUST
be specified at time of order so extra time is scheduled.
Cancellation Fee
Any trip cancelled two hours or less
before the scheduled pickup time will be charged the full amount of the
trip plus gratuity.
No Show Fee
If a client fails to show up at the
scheduled pickup time and/or location, he or she will be charged the
full trip amount plus gratuity. To avoid No Show Billing call
1-800-363-6966. If you can't locate your Chauffeur, DO NOT LEAVE; call
and we will locate him or give you a Free Trip!
Out of Pocket Charges
Charges including, but not limited to,
parking, airport, ferry, cell-phone, or entrance fees will be added to
your Base Rate.
Holiday
Surcharge
A 25%
Surcharge will be added to the Trip Rate on Memorial Day, 4th of July,
Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas & New Years Day.
Charter
& Local Service
Charter Service is available at $60 per hour, with a 3 hour minimum.
'Split Time' may be available Sunday to Thursday, on a space available
basis. Local Service starts at $60 for travel within one zone. All
requests for Service are quoted to give you the best value for your
